For example, full member John Smith joined in January 2003, he will only be required to pay $60.00 to bring his current membership to January 2011 as at last year's renewal he paid until 30 June 2010.  In January 2011 he will be invoiced the yearly full member's fee of $120.00.

For those members whose anniversary joining date falls after 30 June 2010, they will be invoiced the full yearly fee as per normal and according to their level of membership.
